You must understand that massage therapy is for the purpose of stress reduction, relief from muscular tension or spasm, or for increasing circulation.
You must understand that the massage therapist does not diagnosis illness, disease or any other physical or mental disorder. The massage therapist does not prescribe medical treatment nor perform spinal manipulations. Understand that you hold all responsibility for the treatment you receive.
I require a minimum of 24-hours’ notice for a scheduled session and be aware that you will be charged the full fee for any missed or cancelled sessions if the 24 hour notice period is not met to cancel or reschedule.

Treatment is always subject to availability; however, we will always do our best to accommodate you in your chosen treatment.
All treatments must be prepaid before your appointment/treatment and all clients must agree to our 24 hour notice policy. If you are booked in for treatment but miss or cancel within the 24 hour notice period, you will still be charged the full rate.

Any information or services available throughout or in connection with the website, or at any treatment given by Chloe, do not constitute medical advice and it is your responsibility to determine, through obtaining appropriate medical advice, that you are fit and well for such treatment. The rights of cancellation, refunds and any limitation expressed in these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Refunds in relation to products or services may only be refunded to the credit or debit card originally used to make the purchase.
